Included Service
Municipal sidewalks within your property line are cleared with every visit.
When We Arrive
Routes start once 4 cm of snow has fallen. Driveways are typically cleared within 8–10 hours of the start of service.
During Ongoing Snowfall
If it keeps snowing, a second visit is only triggered when another 4 cm accumulates (Snow-Only & Snow + Salt plans).
Plow Windrows
We cannot schedule around city plows. If a plow leaves a ridge after our visit, on-call windrow removal is available at your per-push rate. Learn more ›

Seniors, people with disabilities, and veterans receive a discount (must self-identify).
Service Limits
• We cannot service gravel driveways, nor can we service those requiring snow to be moved off-site.
• Seasonal contracts only—per-service or full-season pricing runs through April 15.
• We don’t scrape hard-packed snow/ice; choose a plan with salting to prevent buildup.
